All final plan sets, field measurements, electrical design, structural review, AHJ submittals, utility interconnection work, and professional stamps must be handled by qualified local professionals where required.

The paid handoff is a browser-generated planning file. It does not log into permit portals, submit applications, pay fees, calculate electrical or structural compliance, interpret AHJ rules, certify inspection readiness, or guarantee permit approval, utility approval, project safety, schedule, quote, or payment outcomes.
